If you are looking for calm, serenity and peace in your routine, we invite you to our studio to exercise body, mind and spirit.
Our Yoga classes (maximum 10 people) are a combination of Hatha-Vinyasa, hormonal yoga and yoga for women, respecting their anatomy and physiology, as well as other key resources for their physical-emotional well-being.
The sequences change according to the lunar cycle and the energy of women. The dynamic sessions are characterized by having more Yang energy and flows.
It is a meditation in movement in which you explore your body, calm your mind and connect with your inner self.
Yoga, with its postures and mind-body connection, invites us to free ourselves from physical and mental tensions. By breathing consciously, with meditation and mindfulness, we find freedom here and now.
