Our method focuses on contemporary Pilates. It is the discipline of conscious movement that seeks balance between the respiratory system, the musculoskeletal system and body alignment, applying the basic principles of breathing, concentration, centre, control, precision and fluidity combined with strength work.

Among its benefits, it is worth highlighting the work of the whole body from the centre (core) providing better coordination, stability, posture and body alignment, muscle tone, joint mobility, breathing…

To get started, we offer you a private evaluation session to assess your physical condition, knowledge of Pilates and introduction to the work method of the centre.

Our groups are small with a personalised treatment and constant supervision of the instructors in each session.

At Fit It Woman, we seek an integral solution combining body, mind and spirit through Pilates, yoga and functional training.

Floor Pilates, Lorena Fit It Woman

FLOOR PILATES

Our Pilates Floor sessions (maximum 9 people) take place on a mat and we work with our own body and with different accessories (fit ball, elastic band, soft ball, pike, foam roller, magic hoop, …).

The Pilates Floor classes are dynamic, physically demanding and we pay special attention to the woman’s own anatomy and to the physiological conditions or possible pathologies of each user.

Pilates Machines, Lorena Fit It Woman

PILATES MACHINES

Our Studio/Machine sessions (maximum 4 people), for both women and men, are carried out in wall units.

Recommended for people with pathologies or injuries with medical recommendation, people with individualised and specific objectives, people who need intensity in strength work.

Prenatal Pilates, Lorena Fit It Woman

PRENATAL PILATES

Our Prenatal Pilates sessions (maximum 7 people) are an adaptation of contemporary Pilates to the needs of each stage of pregnancy.

Practising Pilates during pregnancy has many benefits, both for the mother and the baby: it helps to maintain the necessary muscle tone to have a better posture while changes occur in the body and later breastfeeding, prevent and/or relieve back pain, improve the mobility of our pelvis, strengthen the transversus abdominis and pelvic floor, regulate hormonal function and control breathing.

In short, the aim is to better adapt to the major changes that occur in the body and to be better prepared to face childbirth and its recovery.

Postpartum Pilates, Lorena Fit It Woman

POSTPARTUM PILATES

Our Postpartum Pilates sessions (maximum 5 people) are an adaptation of contemporary Pilates for recovery after childbirth.

Practising Pilates after childbirth makes the recovery of the pelvic floor and core in general faster and more effective. But the benefits are not only physical but also emotional.

In addition, you can come to these sessions alone or accompanied by your baby, you decide.

Pilates Healthy Back, Lorena Fit It Woman

HEALTHY BACK (SENIOR PILATES)

Our Healthy Back sessions (maximum 9 people) are adapted to the needs of older people.

With age, mobility problems appear in general and, especially in the case of women, the main consequences of the menopause are osteoporosis and sarcopenia. Therefore, the aim is to work on mobility, balance and, above all, strength in dynamic, fun sessions with great learning for everyday life.
