Fit It Woman is the result of
of my process

Fi.it.woman was born in June 2021, in the middle of the pandemic, as a result of a year and a half long process in which I researched, detected, healed and listened to my inner SELF with the help of my psychologist.

Let me put you in context, my name is Lorena, I have a degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Business Law. At that time, I was working as a collection manager… as you can imagine, nothing to do with my current life.

Until a few years ago I had always believed that I had the life I wanted, but I always felt dissatisfaction and a constant search for something more. I didn’t feel complete and didn’t enjoy my achievements. I had the ‘perfect life’, but I was not happy.

After a lot of hard work of self-knowledge and letting go of ballast, I understood that this life was not for me. I said goodbye to ‘social rules’ and realised that I had adopted other people’s goals as my own.

My ego ceased to be the cornerstone of my decisions, and I accepted that changing my path was not a defeat, but a further step in my evolution. I gradually realised that my purpose in life lay elsewhere: to help others.

People always ask me: why only women? At first, I didn’t know the answer myself. However, with time I understood that this project was the answer to my own search for happiness. My dominant energy is Yang (and still is), but I felt totally polarised; my feminine side was almost non-existent and the little I had was boycotted by my thoughts. So today I can say that this project is another part of the healing I started in 2020, of finding myself and reconnecting with my Yin energy.
