My purpose in life: “helping others” materialized in this beautiful project. My restless mind and sacred energy lead me to understand entrepreneurship as a “modus vivendi”. I am the mother of two dogs, Stormy and Maverick. In my free time I escape by creating ceramics, reading a good book, listening to music and dancing. My name is Lily, originally from Colombia and currently living in Mallorca. For me, movement is essential; it is the source of life that drives me every day. For 15 years I was a ballet dancer, an experience that led me to train as a personal trainer and yoga and pilates teacher. This path has allowed me to appreciate the body in a completely new way.<\/p>\n

I also have a deep passion for self-knowledge and spirituality. As a meditation teacher, I have found valuable tools to manage anxiety and stress, and I love sharing these practices with others.
